But the one thing that has remained constant is how we make our custom wedding rings. Every ring is handcrafted, one at a time, and shaped to each customer’s specifications.

Custom Wedding Rings Take Shape from Titanium
Each custom wedding ring begins as a single billet (bar) of pure titanium. The titanium bar is attached onto the lathe where it is cut to your custom width and thickness.
Custom attachment blades allow the ring’s profile to take shape in the form of beveled or flared edges and a groove for inlay material.
Custom Wedding Rings Inlay Materials
Custom wedding ring inlays are measured and cut from processed, stabilized material (wood, resin, M3).
The inlay is set around the ring with epoxy resin and then cured (given plenty of time to dry!)
Custom Wedding Rings Finishing + Coloring Titanium
Once the inlay has set, the ring is back on the lathe to be cut off from its titanium bar. The ring is re-cut so the inlay sits flush within the band and each edge is countersunk (beveled) for a comfortable fit.
Each ring is sanded and buffed on all edges to ensure a smooth finish.

Some rings receive custom anodized color by being dipped in an electric bath.
A final polish on the buffing wheel and this custom wedding ring is ready to say “I Do!”
