We love our rings. Customer service was very responsive. We're thrilled to have our own one of a kind rings. You should know that due to variances in wood thatthe color may not be as vibrant as pictured, which is why this lost a star. I expected teal blue, and while we're still very happy with the rings, they are more of a muted black/blue/green.
