Minter and Richter Designs were phenomenal to work with. My fiance and I had a lot of concerns and specifications on how we wanted our ring to be. They were very kind and patient with us (even talked to my fiance by phone to discuss durability, design, etc). We custom ordered a ring on February 1. We specified we needed by our mid-March and paid a fair charge for our rushed order. Minter and Richter promptly notified me they would do their best to have the ring delivered to us with plenty of time to spare. With that, I assumed we would probably get the ring sometime in March (close to the wedding). However, the ring was just delivered to me TODAY (two weeks after ordering!). I really appreciate all they have done and how easy they've made this process and also how accommodating they were. For a serious purchase, I was so happy we had the opportunity to work with this shop.
