Custom Sizers for Guaranteed Fit
Unlike softer, less durable metals, titanium cannot be “resized” in the classic sense of the term. That is why we offer our fabulous Custom Sizer Program. Guaranteed right size, or your sizing exchange is free within the first 30 days after purchase. Sizers are free plus $15 shipping. All sizers must be returned in the mailer provided.
All you need to do is provide your approximate ring size and preferred width and we will make you a set of three custom aluminum sizers in a range of sizes around your approximate size and at your chosen width. We make custom sizers in half sizes so that we can cover more range. However, should you decide after wearing the sizers that you need your final band to be the quarter size in between two sizes, then we will happily make your final band at the quarter size.
Custom Sizers allow you to spend time wearing each sizer for a day or two to discover which one offers the most comfortable fit. Finger size fluctuates slightly throughout the day due to water intake, temperature, etc., so this is an excellent way to get an accurate representation of exactly how your final ring will fit.
Ordering Custom Ring Sizers
We suggest that customers purchase their final ring(s) at the same time as the sizers to keep the order as streamlined and timely as possible. For Standard, non- rush orders, custom sizers are mailed within 7 days from date of purchase along with a pre-paid (for US only) envelope for convenient return. Once you confirm your size and width choice, we begin making your rings! (**Please note that sizers can add approximately 2 weeks to order processing.)
Sizers are to be returned. Shipping of Sizers is non-refundable.

For Custom Sizers, let us know your approximate size and the width you would like your band in the Size and Width section of the checkout wizard. Then, check the box for “Yes, send me ring sizers before making my ring.”
