How to send your rings in for repair (Lifetime Care)

How to send in your ring(s).  Be sure to purchase Lifetime Care before sending in your ring.

Once purchased, simply:

- Ship your band to us in a box or puffy envelope so that it does not perforate the packaging and get lost in the mail.

- Be sure to include your name(s) in with the ring(s).  Make sure this is the name you ordered under originally.

- Email us your new address if it has changed from the original order. sales@minterandrichterdesigns.com .  Do not just write it on the envelope as we will not see that.

- Do NOT ship it signature required as that will greatly increase the time it takes us to receive it.
