A men's wedding ring to take them all.  The center meteorite inlay is 4 billion years old.  The book-end inlays containing T-Rex Dinosaur Tooth in a concrete resin base calls in at a mere 83.6 million years old - give or take - but the ring itself is brand new, super awesome and made by us.  Titanium strong.
