While Scott is perfectly content to communicate in titanium, wife Minter brought her business background and love of LOVE to the company.  She has been gregariously answering each call, convo, and question since M & R’s inception in 2009. A self-professed romantic, Minter is happiest chatting with customers about their upcoming wedding and ring design ideas.

Lynn Holmgren, Online Marketing and Communications

Lynn Holmgren joined M&R in 2011 as resident wordsmith, working alongside Minter at M&R World Headquarters (aka – the studio office). A world traveler and short story scribbler, Lynn is happiest naming and describing rings, and loves posting smiling, happy M&R couples on the company’s Facebook page.

Jordan Castro, Assistant Ring Maker

Jordan Castro, father of three, joined M&R in 2010 and works alongside Scott in the studio at Boston’s historic rum distillery. An accomplished craftsman, Jordan designed M&R’s line of concrete rings. He and his wife Annastasia are the founders and owners of Port Living Co. (www.portlivingco.com), a shop specializing in kitchen ware with a sleek, modern design. An innovative entrepreneur, Jordan is happiest testing the limits of titanium and concrete.

Ruby, Quality Control & Guard Dog

Ruby is the resident canine at M&R World Headquarters, and takes her role very seriously, carefully guarding packaged rings for the FedEx deliveryman (as time allows between her naps on the antique loveseat).
