At Minter & Richter Designs, we believe jewelry is a very personal experience and should be as unique as the person wearing it. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and hope you enjoy wearing our pieces as much as we enjoyed making them for you.
If you have a concern about a piece, please contact us immediately. The most important thing to us is that you are satisfied and pleased with your purchase. The most common issue that can arise is that the ring does not fit the buyer’s finger in the way he or she expected. We will always send you the size you order (as our instruments are so incredibly precise), but if you should end up needing a different size than you ordered, we do not expect you to purchase a whole new band. We can do a sizing exchange. A sizing exchange is 50% of the cost of the original band.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Titanium CANNOT be resized. If you need a sizing exchange, we have to make an entirely new ring, which is why we must charge 50% of the cost of the ring – for the labor and materials. When you are figuring out your size, please remember that wider bands fit more snugly than narrow bands. If you are ordering a wider band than you are accustomed to, it is advisable to go up at least 1/4 in size or try on a band of equal width and see what size fits best before ordering.
